Lifetime warranty. Lifetime parts. Because “buy it once” means something.
Every Affixor product is covered by our lifetime mechanical warranty. This means that if any component of the drive mechanism, body, or structural assembly fails under normal use, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you—for as long as you own it.
This is not a limited warranty with fine print. There is no registration card. There is no receipt required. If it’s an Affixor, it’s covered.
Drive mechanism, cam assembly, lever arm, return spring, anvil plate, and staple channel. If any mechanical part fails, we replace it.
Zinc alloy body, hinge assembly, base plate, and rubber feet. Structural integrity is guaranteed for the life of the product.
Cosmetic wear from normal use (patina development, surface scratches) is not considered a defect—it’s character. Damage from intentional misuse, modification, or disassembly by unauthorized parties is also excluded. That said, if you’re not sure, reach out. We lean toward “yes.”

We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label, or direct you to your nearest authorized service partner. Most repairs are completed within 5 business days.
Your Affixor is repaired, tested, and returned. Every serviced unit undergoes the same quality check as a new production unit. It comes back as good as new—or better.
